The Summer School is addressed to EU and non-EU MA students, PhD candidates, and researchers.
All candidates must apply by completing the
Application Form.

Candidates next to MA level must send their CV and academic transcript to the following email address, with the subject "Summer School": ewt.expo2015@unimib.it

Deadline for applications: 31 May 2015

Costs: the cost of attending the 7 day seminar and summer school is 450 Euros and is comprehensive of: lectures; tutoring; 2 entrances to the Expo site; entrances to 2 museums; common meals (lunches/dinners to be paid are mentioned in the program as not-included = n.i.); bus, board and accommodation for the weekend tour (Mede, Alba, Pollenzo, Biella); 1 week ticket for Milan public transport; welcome kit; insurance.
Participants will travel by public transport for all Milan locations and by private bus on Saturday.

Organisation of the course:
the summer school foresees lectures in the morning and visits with interactive workshops in the afternoon.
Students should participate actively in all activities as scheduled in the general program, collect audio-visual materials and write a paper with a self-evaluation about ETW experience by 10th September, related to a topic considered during the summer school and approved by the directors.

Credits and a certificate of attendance will be provided to all participants as soon as they will have completed the requirements, as agreed. Students’ papers and a collection of audio-visual materials will be published online after the approval of a scientific committee. Papers presented by the scholars will be collected in a e-book.

EWT activities are open only to enrolled students with the exception of two public lectures on 16th, which can be attended by a general audience. Any other visitor can be admitted to lectures or visits only with the permission of the directors and under specific conditions.

The common language of the Summer School is English.
